Pocket Coach Intensive (4 Weeks)

Calm, responsive support — without live calls.

Some presentation moments feel too close — or too important — to navigate alone.

This is coaching you can carry with you: a high-touch, asynchronous partnership designed for higher-stakes situations where you need a steadying voice in your ear, not another appointment in your calendar.

Who this is for:

This is designed for …

  • The High-Stakes Presenter: You have an important pitch, interview, or keynote in 6–10 weeks and your nervous system is already on high alert.

  • The "Spotlight" Specialist: You benefit from hearing a calm, regulating voice when pressure rises, but live video calls feel activating or exhausting.

  • The Busy Professional: You want support that is responsive and "in-the-moment" without the friction of scheduling.

  • The Deep Thinker in a Crisis: You find that your written plans fall apart when the "Panic Hum" escalates close to the event.

    You don’t need to perform.
You don’t need to be “on.”
You just need steady guidance when it matters.

What this helps with:

Over 4 focused weeks, we work on the intersection of nervous system regulation and high-stakes communication strategy:

  • Message Architecture: Stripping away the "clutter" to find the core logic of your talk, so you can speak with authority even if you feel nervous.

  • The "Anchor" Method: Building a non-linear "safety net" for your ideas that bypasses executive dysfunction and prevents "blank brain" moments.

  • Tactical Preparation: Practice runs where we refine your tone, pacing, and transitions without over-rehearsing or spiralling.

  • Real-Time Regulation: Science-backed tools to manage the "Panic Hum" during the actual drafting and delivery process.

  • Post-Presentation Resilience: A protocol for the "social battery" drain, ensuring you recover quickly instead of ruminating for days.

How it works:

Duration: 4 weeks
Format: Asynchronous voice-note coaching (Voxer*)
Availability: Monday–Friday, business hours (AEST)

The Process:

1. Each Monday: A short written prompt (400-600 words) outlining the week's focus, plus a brief voice note from me setting the tone and direction. The written part gives you structure; the voice exchanges are where we work through it together.

2. Throughout the week: You send short voice notes (2-3 minutes) when questions arise, when you're practicing, or when anxiety spikes. I respond the same day, typically within a few hours. You can re-listen to my coaching as many times as you need.

3. Each Thursday: I send comprehensive voice coaching (5-8 minutes) responding to everything you've shared that week — patterns I'm noticing, specific guidance, what to focus on next.

You listen and respond in your own time. No scheduling. No cameras. No performance.

*(Voxer a free, simple app that works just like a walkie-talkie—I’ll send you a 1-minute 'how-to' if you choose this option).

Why Voice?

(The Logic of Co-Regulation)

As a communication researcher, I’ve seen that for the anxious or neurodivergent brain, text alone can feel "cold" or open to misinterpretation.

Voice coaching utilizes Prosody—the rhythm and tone of speech. When you hear a voice that is calm, structured, and deliberate, your nervous system uses "co-regulation" to find its own steadiness.

My goal isn't to give you "hype"; it's to provide a clear, logical, and steady vocal anchor that helps you move from Fight-or-Flight back into Clear Thinking.

What this is not:

This is not

  • On‑call crisis support

  • Daily therapy

  • A replacement for medical or mental‑health care

  • A confidence bootcamp

The goal is steadiness, not intensity.
