This work is grounded in communication research, performance psychology, ACT, and nervous-system science — and explicitly designed for introverted, highly sensitive, and neurodivergent professionals.

Rhythm: Two structured touchpoints per week (Monday & Thursday)
This is a shared-timing cohort experience — not shared exposure.
Everyone moves through the same arc, privately and at their own pace.
The process:
Monday
You receive a structured email from me:
a framework, concept, or practical exercise tailored to the stage you’re in.
Your turn
You respond in your own time — usually a few short reflections or a draft of your ideas. Most people spend 20–30 minutes.
Thursday
You receive my personalised written feedback:
pattern recognition, specific strategic guidance, gentle course-correction, and a preview of what’s coming next.
No calls.
No cameras.
No performance pressure.
Everything is paced to support learning, not overwhelm.
Why Email?

For anxious or high-processing brains, live coaching can unintentionally shut down learning. When attention is split between “performing,” managing nerves, and thinking on the spot, the cognitive systems responsible for insight and strategy often go offline.
